Delia F. -Frederick, Maryland

Are you a woman with big breasts who suffers from back pain? If so, you’re not alone. For many women, the extra weight from big breasts causes postural problems that can lead to chronic back pain. But don’t worry – there are some simple exercises that can help strengthen your back muscles and improve your posture to relieve your pain! Let’s explore how a few simple strengthening exercises, combined with posture tips, can help ease the discomfort of having big breasts.

Strengthening Exercises
There are several exercises that can help strengthen the muscles in your upper and lower back. These include:

-Wall pushups: Stand facing a wall with your feet shoulder-width apart. Position your arms at shoulder height and press against the wall for 10 seconds before releasing. Repeat this exercise 10 times for best results.

-Lower back extensions: Lie on your stomach with your feet flat on the floor and arms at your sides. Lift one arm off the ground while lifting the opposite leg and hold for five seconds before switching sides and repeating. This exercise should be done 10 times on each side for best results.

-Plank pose: Get into a pushup position, then rest on your forearms instead of keeping them straight out in front of you. Hold this pose for 30 seconds before releasing and repeating five times total.

Posture Tips
In addition to strengthening exercises, it’s important to pay attention to how you stand throughout the day to help alleviate some of the stress placed on your back due to big breasts. Here are some easy tips for improving your posture throughout the day:

-Stand up straight! Make sure that when standing, you keep good posture by tucking in your chin and tightening core muscles as you pull shoulders down and back away from ears without hunching over or slouching forward.

-Take frequent breaks if sitting for prolonged periods of time throughout the day . Sitting down often puts pressure on key areas of our body, so it is important to take breaks every 20 minutes or so just to stand up and stretch out those tight spots!

-Avoid heavy bags or purses as they put additional strain on most parts of our body but especially our shoulders/upper back area – use only what is necessary when packing items in bags/purses in order to minimize weight carried around all day long!

Having big breasts can cause chronic back pain due to poor posture caused by carrying extra weight around all day long. But don’t worry – there are steps you can take to alleviate some of these discomforts! By performing strengthening exercises such as wall pushups, lower back extensions, or plank pose regularly combined with mindful posture practices like standing up straight or taking frequent breaks from sitting during periods of time throughout day will help ease any discomfort associated with having larger breasts over time. So get started today – start exercising and practising good posture habits now for better health tomorrow.
